红松(Pinus Koraiensis siebet zucc)种子在何种条件下贮藏,能保存较高的生活力?红松种子属于有机体深休眠类型,检查生活力必须用生物化学方法,《国际种子检验规程》中规定用四唑染色法与我国历史上沿用的靛兰染色法结果有何异同?四唑染色所需的溶液浓度及温度与染色时间的关系等都是生产实践中急待解决的问题。为此我们于1973年秋在我院凉水林场收购新采集的红松种子做为试验材料、冬季运至我院,1974年5月分装贮藏,进行下列研究。
