分析试样中加入过量FeCl3溶液 ,经搅拌使试样中金属铝 (MAl)与Fe3+离子发生氧化———还原反应 ,生成Al3+进入溶液中 ,三氧化二铝 (Al2 O3)不参与反应仍留在沉淀物中。过滤后含Al3+溶液经除氟 ,分离钙、镁、铁等离子后 ,用CuSO4滴定法测定MAl量 ,再由总铝量减去MAl,计算可得AD复合脱硫剂中Al2 O3含量。
Excessive amount of FeCl3 solution is added to the analysis sample, and the aluminum (MAl) and Fe3 + ions in the sample are oxidized by reduction reaction to form Al3 + into the solution. Aluminum oxide (Al2 O3) does not participate in the reaction In the sediment. After filtration, the Al3 + -containing solution was de-fluoridated and the calcium, magnesium and iron ions were separated. The amount of MA1 was determined by CuSO4 titration, and then the amount of Al2 O3 in the AD composite desulfurizer was calculated by subtracting MAl from the total amount of aluminum.
