以JQDS900型复合导梁多支腿过隧架桥机的后支撑体系为研究对象,在非隧道口和隧道口架梁两种典型工况下,设计了架桥机后支撑体系各支腿不同的工作方式和组合用法,可以方便满足隧道口零距离及负距离架梁需求。基于Ansys对后支撑体系各支腿在其最大载荷工况下的受力特性进行了有限元分析,为架桥机的结构设计和优化提供了一定参考。
Taking the back support system of JQDS900 composite guide beam multi-legged overhead tunneling bridge machine as the research object, under the two typical conditions of non-tunneling and tunneling, Way of work and combination of usage, can easily meet the zero distance of the tunnel mouth and negative distance girder needs. Based on Ansys, the finite element analysis of the force characteristics of the outriggers of the back supporting system under the maximum load is carried out, which provides a reference for structural design and optimization of the erecting machine.
