本文对轮轨式十米天线座系统的方位振动作了详细分析。讨论了系统频率的薄弱环节,提出了提高固有频率的措施及各环节最佳刚度的求法。对结构主要部件的刚度均用两种不同模型或不同方法进行计算。并对实物作了刚度测试。文中给出了这些数据。另外还用多种繁简不同的模型求解固有频率。从而得出了此结构最理想的力学分析模型,可供轮轨式天线振动分析时参考。本文的分析方法和结论对其他复杂系统的振动分析也具有普遍意义。
In this paper, a detailed analysis is made of the azimuth vibration of the wheel-rail type ten-meter antenna base system. The weak link of the system frequency is discussed, and the measures to improve the natural frequency and the method to get the best rigidity of each link are put forward. The stiffness of the main components of the structure is calculated using two different models or different methods. And made a stiffness test of the kind. The text gives the data. In addition, a variety of different models are used to solve natural frequencies. Thus the most ideal mechanical analysis model of this structure is obtained, which can be used as a reference for wheel-rail antenna vibration analysis. The analysis methods and conclusions in this paper also have universal significance for the vibration analysis of other complex systems.
