我院自1984年1月～1985年3月采用硝苯啶治疗10例严重性痛经效果显著,现报道如下。 一般资料 10例均为门诊患者,17～30岁未婚女性,痛经时间短的5个月,最长达7～8年,均用过中西药、电疗、封闭、雌激素等不同方法治疗,症状未消失而改用本药。服药前均经过妇科检查,确证为原发性痛经。 方法 每次月经前3～5d或有月经来潮前躯症状时开始服药10mg tid,连服7～10d,3个月为1疗程。
