目的 调查外科手术前、后口腔鳞癌病变区菌群分布 ,探讨外科手术对口腔菌群的影响。方法 选择经病检确诊需行常规联合根治术的口腔鳞癌患者 4 2名 ,分别于手术前和术后 14天检测病变区的细菌总量、各菌种的检出率及构成比。结果 术前口腔鳞癌病变区细菌构成比链球菌属为 6 9.15 % ,奈瑟菌属为 6 .70 % ,G+ 厌氧杆菌为 4 .6 8% ,G- 厌氧杆菌为 4 .17%。其余各菌种均少于 4 .0 7%。术后口腔鳞癌病变区细菌构成比链球菌属为 76 .99 % ,普氏菌属为 10 .93% ,G+ 厌氧杆菌为 6 .30 % ,其余各菌种均少于 3.17%。结论 手术对口腔鳞癌病变区各菌种的构成比无影响。鳞癌病变区细菌手术前、后均以链球菌属为主 ,同时可查到口腔组织的其它菌种
Objective To investigate the distribution of bacteria in the diseased area of oral squamous cell carcinoma before and after surgery and to explore the influence of surgery on oral flora. Methods Forty-two patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma who underwent routine combined radical mastectomy by pathological examination were selected. The total bacterial count, the detection rate and constituent ratio of each bacterial species were detected before and 14 days after operation. Results The bacterial composition of preoperative oral squamous cell carcinoma was 6 9.15% than that of Streptococcus, 6.70% of Neisseria, 4.68% of G + anaerobe and 4.17% of G- . The remaining strains were less than 4.07%. The bacterial composition in the diseased region of oral squamous cell carcinoma was 76.99% than that of Streptococcus, 10.93% of the strains of Prevotella, 6.30% of the G + anaerobes and less than 3.17% of the other strains. Conclusion The operation has no effect on the constituent ratio of the various strains in the diseased region of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Squamous cell carcinoma before and after bacterial surgery are mainly Streptococcus, at the same time can be found in other oral tissue strains
