近年来,我们从一例肺曲霉球患者的手术切除标本中,分离出一株较特殊的真菌,菌号为CZ_(8464)(F_2),经真菌学鉴定,证明是一株具多育现象的米曲霉。本菌的主要特征为在25℃、28℃及37℃的温度下在察氏、沙堡氏、与马铃薯琼脂、血平板麦芽汁琼脂培养基生长良好。在厌氧肉汤中亦可以生长,说明以需氧为主,兼有厌氧的特性。在钢圈小培养中,可见约7％的曲霉分生孢子头产生多育现象,可出现二级多个次生分生孢子头。
