《中共中央关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》提出,推动企业改革的深化,建立现代企业制度。在我国公有制企业,特别是国有企业中建立现代企业制度,才能尽快转换企业经营机制,使企业真正成为市场主体。我认为,建立现代企业制度任务的提出,标志着中国国有企业改革走向一个新阶段,并将推动我国经济体制改革出现一个新高潮。
The “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Issues Concerning the Establishment of a Socialist Market Economic System” proposes to promote the deepening of enterprise reform and establish a modern enterprise system. The establishment of a modern enterprise system in public-owned enterprises in our country, especially state-owned enterprises, can transform the operating mechanism of enterprises as soon as possible so that enterprises can truly become market players. I believe that the establishment of the task of establishing a modern enterprise system signifies that the reform of China’s state-owned enterprises will enter a new phase and will promote a new upsurge in China’s economic system reform.
