目的:建立复方氯霉素酊中氯霉素含量的测定方法。方法:采用Hypersil C18 ODS柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为:0.1%庚烷磺酸钠的溶液(取0.1%庚烷磺酸钠溶液500 ml与二甲基甲酰胺5 ml,冰醋酸0.5 ml,混匀)-乙腈(75:25);流速为1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长272 nm。结果:氯霉素在22.44~224.4μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%(n =6),RSD=0.5%。结论:该方法简便,准确快速,可测定复方氯霉素酊中氯霉素的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chloramphenicol in compound chloramphenicol tincture. METHODS: Hypersil C18 ODS column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% sodium heptanesulfonate solution (500 ml of 0.1% sodium heptanesulfonate solution and 5 ml of dimethylformamide , Glacial acetic acid 0.5 ml, mixed) - acetonitrile (75:25); flow rate 1.0 ml · min-1; detection wavelength 272 nm. Results: The linearity of chloramphenicol in the range of 22.44 ~ 224.4μg · ml-1 was good with an average recovery of 99.7% (n = 6) and RSD = 0.5%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and rapid, the determination of chloramphenicol compound chloramphenicol tincture content.
