四川省金牛县洞子口供电所为了争创标准化示范供电所,狠抓安全管理,克服违章作业,牢牢树立“安全无危亦不尽,违章初显应立止”的安全生产理念,提升员工标准化作业水平。提前介入管控施工安全洞子口供电所确立了“管理精细化、作业标准化、服务规范化”的工作思路,并以此制定了工作目标,全体员工自信满满地投入到了达标工作中。然而在提出目标不久,随着城乡一体化逐步推进,政府征地拆迁规模逐步加大,供区内多个专业市场搬迁、多条市政干道开建,给洞子口供电所的电力设施保护、安全用电、电费回收造成空前的压力,创建标准化示范供电所的道路显得困难重重。
