在教学视导活动中听到一些教师讲中考试题时,教师多数是引导学生得出正确的答案,或者说是引导学生从知识维度就题解题。一般不去挖掘其后的创新思维的教育价值,实在感到惋惜,有很多极好的教育机会就这么从教师的不经意教学之间流失了。课后与授课教师交流时发现,教师在备课时是从如何让学生得到考试分数角度来设计教学的。显然,目标决定了行为取向。本文通过一个具体案例来说明如何挖掘中考题背后的教育价值。
When teaching teachers instruct some instructors in exam activities, most teachers guide students to come up with correct answers or guide students to solve problems from the knowledge dimension. It is regrettable not to dig in for the educational value of subsequent innovative thinking. There are many excellent educational opportunities that have been lost from the inadvertent teaching of teachers. When we talked with the lecturer after class, we found that the teacher designed the lecture from the perspective of how to get the students to get the test scores. Obviously, the goal determines the behavior orientation. This article through a specific case to illustrate how to tap the value of the education behind the exam questions.
