把提高从业人员本岗位需要的工作能力和生产技能作为重点,广泛地开展岗位培训,这是成人教育的一项重大改革,也是提高劳动生产率和工作效率的重要手段。要使岗位培训更直接、更有效地为经济建设服务,讲求实效,将理论与实践有机地联在一起,对其考核办法也应做相应的改革,增加跟踪考核这一重要内容。跟踪考核是在学员结束学业后进行的,考核的场所在学员生产、工作的岗位,考核的重点是学员接受培训后的岗位职务能力,以及他们返岗后把知识转化为效益的情况。
Extensive job training is a key step towards improving job skills and production skills required for these positions. This is a major reform of adult education and an important means of improving labor productivity and work efficiency. To make job training more direct and effective for economic construction, stress practical results, the theory and practice organically together, their assessment methods should also be the appropriate reforms to increase the tracking of this important content. Follow-up examination is carried out after the students finish their studies. The place of assessment is the place where the trainees produce and work. The examination focuses on the post-trainee post-training ability and the knowledge they turn into benefits after returning to work.
