目的:研究耐盐真菌 Alternaria sp. M6 的代谢产物。方法:运用多种色谱分离手段对耐盐真菌 Alternaria sp. M6的发酵液及菌丝体部分进行分离纯化。并借助各种波谱学方法鉴定结构。结果:从耐盐真菌 Alternaria sp. M6 的发酵液及菌丝体中分离得到 9 个代谢产物, 分别鉴定为 8β-chloro-3, 6aα, 7β, 9β, 10-pentahydroxy-9, 8, 7, 6a-tetrahydroperylen-4(6aH)-one (1),alterperylenol (2), dihydroalterperylenol(3), 腺嘌呤(4), 腺嘌呤核苷(5), 腺嘌呤脱氧核苷(6), 鸟嘌呤核苷(7), 色氨酸(8), 棕榈酸(9)。结论:化合物 1 为新的苝醌类化合物。
Objective: To study the metabolites of salt-tolerant fungus Alternaria sp. M6. Methods: The fermentation broth and mycelium of Alternaria sp. M6, a salt tolerant fungi, were isolated and purified by a variety of chromatographic methods. And identify the structure with various spectroscopic methods. Results: Nine metabolites were isolated from the fermentation broth and mycelium of the salt-tolerant fungus Alternaria sp. M6 and identified as 8β-chloro-3, 6aα, 7β, 9β, 10-pentahydroxy-9, (1), alterperylenol (2), dihydroalterperylenol (3), adenine (4), adenosine (5), adenosine deoxyribonucleoside (6), guanine nucleus Glycoside (7), tryptophan (8), palmitic acid (9). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new perylene quinone compound.
