“向管理要效益”应是社会主义企业孜孜不倦的追求,但是真正琢磨透了,确是一门大学问.因为管理科学已从与经济学的单纯联系中攀越出来,结缘于领导科学、心理学、文化学等等,成为当今综合性最强的学问之一. 把马克思主义哲学的基本内容与方法渗入到现代的企业管理之中,是这些年来哲学应用性功能日益强调的结果.循此而往,集多年来的实践经验,使我在哲学与管理学的门径中也初窥有得,结累了不少体会,合成一文,权为添薪之作.
“To benefit from management ” should be the tireless pursuit of socialist enterprises, but really figured out, it is indeed a university question.As management science has simply climbed out of a simple connection with economics, with the leading science , Psychology, culture and so on, has become one of the most comprehensive knowledge in our country today.It is the result of the increasing emphasis on the application of philosophical functions over the years that infiltrating the basic content and method of Marxist philosophy into modern enterprise management. By doing so, many years of practical experience have given me a glimpse into the path of philosophy and management.
