目的探讨比较无痛人流术与药物流产术的临床疗效。方法选择2010年1月～2011年6月收治于我院的320例要求终止妊娠的早孕患者为观察组研究对象,均采用无痛人流术进行流产;另选取320例早期收治于我院采用常规药物流产的早孕患者为对照组研究对象,比较两组患者的疼痛情况、流产效果、出血时间、出血量及患者对流产术的满意度。结果观察组患者的疼痛情况、流产效果、出血时间、出血量及患者满意度均显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论无痛人流术具有疼痛小、出血少、流产效果好、患者满意度高等优点,值得在基层临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of painless abortion and medical abortion. Methods From January 2010 to June 2011, 320 cases of early pregnancy requiring termination of pregnancy in our hospital were selected as observation group and all were treated with painless abortion. Another 320 cases were treated in our hospital routinely The first trimester of medical abortion was the control group. The pain, abortion, bleeding time, bleeding volume and patient satisfaction with abortion were compared between the two groups. Results The pain, abortion, bleeding time, bleeding volume and patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Painless abortion has the advantages of less pain, less bleeding, better miscarriage, higher patient satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and application in primary care.
