将３．０ｇ／ｋｇ，１．５ｇ／ｋｇ疏风清热胶囊混悬液给大鼠、小鼠灌胃给药，观察该药的抗炎、镇痛、解热作用。结果表明，疏风清热胶囊对二甲苯致小鼠耳壳炎症、大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀有明显的抑制作用。对热板致痛和醋酸诱发小鼠扭体反应的作用表明，１．５ｇ／ｋｇ组有明显的镇痛作用。３．０ｇ／ｋｇ组对三联菌苗致热大鼠有明显的解热作用。另外，达药对金葡菌和肺炎双球菌亦有抑制作用。
The suspension of 3.0g/kg, 1.5g/kg Shufengqingre capsules was administered to rats and mice by gavage, and the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects of the drug were observed. The results showed that Shufengqingre capsules significantly inhibited the inflammation of mouse ear shells and the swelling of rat egg white paws caused by xylene. The effects of hot plate pain and acetic acid-induced writhing in mice showed that the 1.5 g/kg group had significant analgesic effect. The 3.0 g/kg group had significant antipyretic effects on rats with triple fever. In addition, Daguan also inhibited S. aureus and Pneumococcus.
