卵巢囊肿 周某,女,28岁,已婚。1990年10月25日就诊。患者自述婚后3年未孕,月经周期正常,月经史14 5/28,量中等,色晦暗,时挟瘀块。近半年来感右下腹部堕痛、白带量多色黄、腰酸乏力、口苦心烦、查舌苔黄腻、质淡红、脉弦滑,B超示:右侧附件可见一约5cm×3.2cm大小的无回声光团,包膜清晰,后壁回声增强,提示为右侧卵巢囊肿。证属湿热阻滞,气血壅塞。治拟:清热利湿为主,活血、软坚为辅。方用龙胆泻肝汤加味:龙胆草、木通、黄芩,焦桅子、柴胡、醋三棱、莪术、夏枯草各10g,当归、车前子(包煎)、生地各12g,黄芪15g,大黄(后下)、甘草各6g,水蛭(研末冲)3g,水煎服,ldl剂,10剂。11月4日复诊,诸证减轻,唯大便次数增多,ld2～3次,质稀,夹有晦暗粘秽之物。嘱其继服上

The card is a damp heat block, blood stasis. Treatment plan: heat and dampness is the main, blood and soft Jian supplement. Fang Long Dan Xie Gan Decoction: Gentian, Mutong, Astragalus, Jiao Qizi, Bupleurum, vinegar triangulation, Curcuma, Prunella each 10g, Angelica, Plantago (package fried), habitat 12g each, Radix Astragali 15g, rhubarb (after lower), licorice each 6g, blisters (found at the end) 3g, Shuijianbi, ldl agent, 10 doses. On November 4th, she returned to the hospital and her card was relieved. Only the number of bowel movements increased, ld2 or 3 times, and her weight was thin.嘱 继 继 继 继
