由于免疫学的发展以及临床工作者对免疫性疾病认识的提高,对以往原因不明的某些疾病,目前认为不少是属于自身免疫性疾病。但对自身免疫病的确診及采取有效的治疗措施尚存在困难。本文想通过对某些自身免疫病中抗核抗体的检测分析、为临床确診和治疗自身免疫病提供参考。方法器料: 螢光显微鏡:Austria Reichert 抗原标本制作:小白鼠肝組织冰冻切片或切取小白鼠新鮮肝組織压印于载玻片上,用电风搧吹干,以无水酒精固定10分钟,电风搧吹干,冰箱保存备用。
