慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎,又称桥本氏甲状腺炎,是有代表性的自身免疫性疾病。近年来发病率增加。本院外科在1972～1974三年中遇见5例,占同期甲状腺手术490例的1％。本文报告五例并结合文献就病因、发病机制、诊断及治疗问题进行讨论。 例1:卢××(住院号99194),女,49岁,1972年3月24日入院。九个月前发现颈部粗肿,不疼。近五个月来乏力,多汗,心慌,食量增加,有时气短,无发热。查
Chronic lymphatic thyroiditis, also known as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, is a representative autoimmune disease. In recent years, the incidence increased. Surgery in our hospital in 1972 to 1974 met three cases in three years, accounting for the same period thyroid surgery in 490 cases of 1%.
