随着驾车外出旅游的人越来越多,有关专家提醒驾车朋友,长途旅行的驾驶人需要有健康的生活方式,而不仅仅是在上路的时候。健康的身体与良好的精神状况是保持轻松驾驶与行车安全的基本条件。每星期进行2~3次、每次1小时的包括游泳、慢跑、骑自行车等有氧运动是最基本的体能训练,并建议经常长时间开车的驾驶人进行可舒展肩膀、脖子与背部肌肉的运动。
