Strengthening the building of a socialist spiritual civilization is a major policy decision made by the party after it has summed up both positive and negative experiences and lessons in history. Adhering to the education of ideals and faith in socialism and communism is the basic experience the party has made in strengthening the spiritual civilization construction of socialism over the years. To combine the lofty ideal with the common ideal of the current stage is a successful experience of our party in educating the ideal and faith. The ideological and moral education based on serving the people as the core is an important experience the party has made in building spiritual civilization over the years.
