泄洪陡槽末端采用竖井消能,竖井再与泄洪隧洞相衔接的水工建筑物,其水流特性,没有成熟的水力计算方法。1984年我们对重庆九龙坡火电厂鱼鳅浩灰场排洪隧洞工程进行的水工模型试验,对这种消能方式进行了研究,揭示了其中的问题,并提出了采用旋流消能竖井的改造方案。在不增加工程量的前提下解决了隧洞中出现的气囊、振动和空蚀问题,保证了运行流态的稳定。
