随着新课程改革的推进,“资源”一词越来越活跃在人们的视野中。所以,作为一名高中英语教师,应充分发挥且挖掘英语教学中的课堂资源,因时,因地,因人,因势去灵活教学,使学生能更好地融入课堂,从而激发学生学习的积极主动性,老师也充分感受到学生不可估量的潜力,保证英语教学的成功进行且达到事半功倍的教学效果。
