心脏起搏虽不能直接治疗心衰,但对心率慢的心衰(如病窦综合症、房室传导阻滞等)或伴有房室传导障碍的双束支与不完全性三束支阻滞能在起搏器的保护下安全地使用洋地黄,这对纠正心率慢的心衰起着重要作用。我院近十年来有两例心率慢的患者经起搏治疗后安全地使用洋地黄,使心衰得以纠正痊愈出院,现介绍如下。病例报告例1:女,31岁、于1985年3月12日入我院
