由于多年来对森林的过量采伐,使森工企业出现了“资源危机、经济危困”的局面。文内叙述了松江河林业局的现状,分析了产生“两危”的原因,并提出了扭转两危,振兴林业的几点措施。
As a result of over-harvesting of forests over the years, forestry enterprises have experienced the situation of “resource crisis and economic crisis”. The paper describes the status quo of the Songjianghe Forestry Bureau, analyzes the causes of “two crises” and puts forward some measures to reverse the two dangers and revitalize the forestry.
