目的：探讨复合静脉麻醉在支撑喉镜喉息肉手术中的应用。方法：随机选择我院自2013年5月至2015年6月收治的46例全麻下行支撑喉镜下喉息肉手术治疗的患者的临床资料，患者均给予顺式阿曲库铵复合丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉。结果：与T0时对比，在T1时间段，S B P与D B P水平与T0时间段比较，结果具有明显差异（P0.05）。结论：复合静脉麻醉应用于支撑喉镜喉息肉手术治疗，血流动力学变化影响较小，可推广应用。“,”Objective To investigate the application of combined intravenous anesthesia in the surgical operation of supporting the laryngeal polyp.Methods Random selection in our hospital in May 2013 to 2015 June were 46 cases of general anesthesia support laryngoscope laryngeal polypus operation treatment in patients with clinical data, patients were given of sequence of cisatracurium combined with propofol and remifentanil target controlled infusion anesthesia.Results In comparison with T0, the levels of T0 and SBP were significantly different from T1 (P0.05).Conclusion Combined intravenous anesthesia is used in the treatment of laryngeal polyps, and it has little influence on the changes of blood flow dynamics. It can be popularized and applied.
