目的：探析产科联合介入麻醉进行前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者治疗的临床效果。方法：选取我院收治的25例前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者作为观察组，临床中由产科与介入麻醉科联合进行救治，同时选取我院同期收治的由传统方式治疗胎盘前置合并胎盘植入患者30例，作为对照组，观察对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组产后出血2例，进行子宫切除患者2例，平均住院时间为（6.2±2.8）d；对照组产后出血9例，进行子宫切除患者7例，平均住院时间为（9.6±3.4）d。两组对比，观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组，P<0.05。结论：产科联合介入、麻醉科室进行前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者治疗，具有较好的效果，值得临床推广和应用。“,”Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of the patients with the combination of Obstetrics and gynecology in the treatment of patients with placenta and placenta.Methods 25 cases of placenta and placenta were selected as the observation group, the patients were treated by the combination of Obstetrics and interventional anesthesia, and 30 patients were treated by the traditional way.
