一、前言 BX型气体压缩机是我厂采用从原联邦德国博尔其格公司引进的活塞式气体压缩机软件技术生产的产品。BX型气体压缩机机身结构合理,刚性好,但由于压缩机的机身和中体为一体,相对地给加工带来了困难。尤其是对四列和六列型气体压缩机的机身加工就更为困难。就拿四列型的压缩机来说,是由两个形状相同、分离的机身组合而成。每个机身包括两个轴承孔、两个滑道孔和一个对接面。一根整体曲轴要放在组合后的机身上四个轴承孔中运行。因此,设计者对机身的各形位公差都有比较严格的要求。尤其对大型机身来说,要保证设计对二轴承孔的同轴度、滑道孔对轴承孔的垂直度、滑道孔的端面跳动以及对接面对轴承孔的垂直度的要求,在普通机床上加工,相当困难。
