目的:分析椆树桑寄生的挥发性组分的化学组成。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界CO2流体萃取法分别对椆树桑寄生的挥发性组分进行提取,利用GC-MS联用技术对挥发性组分的化学组成进行分析鉴定。结果:从水蒸气蒸馏法提取物中共分离出61个组分,鉴定了其中40个组分,相对含量之和占总峰面积的81.15%;从超临界CO2流体萃取法提取物中共分离出92个组分,鉴定了其中46个组分,相对含量之和占总峰面积的63.31%。结论:水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界CO2流体萃取法所得椆树桑寄生的挥发性组分的化学组成存在很大差异。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile components of the mulberry parasite. Methods: Volatile components of the mulberry parahaemolymph were extracted by steam distillation and supercritical CO2 fluid extraction. The chemical constituents of volatile components were identified by GC-MS. Results: Sixty-one components were isolated from the steam distillation and 40 components were identified. The sum of the relative contents accounted for 81.15% of the total peak area. From the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction, 92 Among them, 46 components were identified, and the sum of relative contents accounted for 63.31% of the total peak area. Conclusion: The chemical composition of the volatile constituents from the parasitic plants of Sambucus mulberry leaves obtained by steam distillation and supercritical fluid extraction are quite different.
