患者33岁。4月孕自然流产后阴道反复大出血5月为主诉于1996年7月2日入院。孕5产1,曾足月顺产1次,人流3次。于1996年2月5日在田间劳动时自然流产,胎儿娩出后,阴道大量出血,在当地基层卫生院按流产不全行钳刮术,术后血止,予输血输液,恢复正常出院。此后,不定期突发性阴道大出血,每次出血迅猛,数小时血止,曾先后在本县妇幼保健所住院2次,多次清宫(刮出物未送病检)输血。1996年7月2日因再次突发性阴道
