为了解造纸行业制浆企业在斯德哥尔摩公约履行过程中主动做出的贡献,2015年4月13~17日,中国造纸协会和四川省造纸行业协会、学会组成调研小组,在省造纸行业学会、协会理事长、资深专家李发祥带领下,对四川丰华纸业、四川犍为凤生纸业、四川永丰浆纸、宜宾纸业、四川泸州银鸽纸业和贵州赤天化纸业进行了走访和调研。调研组首先感谢企业对中纸协和省纸协、省学会调研工作的支持。调研组成员同企业相关负责人就环保标准、国家地方法规政策、行业环境政策,以及企业生产经营中面临的困难等问题进行了深入的交流和探讨,最后调研组对各企业制浆生产线和环保设施等进行了实地考察。
