On May 25, the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China set up a pesticide inspection program in Beijing to hold seminars on the management of registration of some highly toxic pesticide species, from the National Agricultural Technology Extension Center, the Plant Protection Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Institute of Citruses, the Guangdong Sugar Cane Institute, and Guangdong. Nearly 20 experts from grassroots application departments in Guangxi, Hunan, Jiangxi and Shandong attended the meeting.
