目的筛选抗银屑病新型药物C34凝胶剂的处方。方法用5种不同配方的凝胶基质制备C34凝胶剂,考察其稳定性,并测定体外释放度,筛选最优基质处方。结果 5种基质制备的凝胶剂的外观、涂展性等均无明显变化。最优基质为:1%卡波姆974、10%1,2-丙二醇、2%三乙醇胺及5%甘油。结论用优选出的处方制备的凝胶剂具有良好的体外释放度。
Objective To screen a new anti-psoriasis drug C34 gel formulation. Methods C34 gel was prepared with five different gel matrixes, and the stability of the gel was investigated. The best in vitro release was determined and the optimal matrix was selected. Results There was no obvious change in the appearance and coating ability of the gels prepared from the five kinds of matrixes. The optimal substrates were: 1% Carbomer 974, 10% 1,2-propanediol, 2% triethanolamine and 5% glycerol. Conclusion The gels prepared with the preferred formulation have good in vitro release.
