定期召开党员领导干部民主生活会的目的在于通过开展批评与自我批评,加强思想沟通,加深了解,相互监督,消除矛盾,增进团结,提高党性修养和政治觉悟,提高班子的凝聚力和战斗力。为解决好当前部分党员领导班子民主生活会缺乏规范,流于形式的问题,本文指出了当前党员领导班子民主生活会存在的主要问题,提出了进一步提高党员领导班子民主生活会质量的对策。
The purpose of holding the democratic life conference of party members and leading cadres on a regular basis is to strengthen understanding and mutual supervision, eliminate contradictions, enhance unity, improve party spirit and political awareness, and enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the team through conducting criticism and self-criticism. In order to solve the problem that the current democratic life of the leading members of the Party members will lack the normative and formal problems, this paper points out the main problems that will exist in the democratic life of the current leading members and proposes the countermeasures to further improve the democratic life of the leading members of the Party.
