采用籼、粳亚种间杂种 F1 花药培养获得的 DH群体对水稻穗颈和倒 2节间维管束等性状进行了数量遗传分析。结果表明 ,颖花数、一次枝梗数、二次枝梗数和穗颈大、小维管束数的遗传力在 70 %以上 ,倒二节间大、小维管束数的遗传力则在 5 0 %以上 ;颖花数、一次枝梗数、二次枝梗数和穗颈、倒二节间大小维管束数这类性状均受多基因控制 ,决定各性状的基因估计数均在 6对以上 ;各性状的偏度和峰度系数的估算结果表明 ,控制颖花数、二次枝梗数和穗颈大维管束数、倒二节间小维管束数的多基因间无互作 ,而控制一次枝梗数和穗颈小维管束数、倒二节间大维管束数的多基因间有互补作用 ;穗颈大、小维管束数之比和倒二节间与穗颈大维管束数之比能较好地反映研究材料的亚种属性 ,在水稻籼、粳亚种分类中具有参考价值
