基于动力显示有限元软件eta/Dynaform,对尾门内板的拉深过程进行数值模拟,分析了拉深中破裂和起皱缺陷产生的原因,也分析了仅通过改变拉深筋参数无法消除缺陷的原因。考虑到冲压工艺参数的设置以及模面优化扮演着十分重要的角色,通过参数的调节和模面的优化来消除缺陷,并通过模拟实验验证成形缺陷基本得到消除,较好地解决了尾门内板成形中的质量问题。
Based on the eta / Dynaform dynamic finite element software eta / Dynaform, the numerical simulation of the drawing process of the inner panel of the tailgate was carried out. The causes of the rupture and wrinkling defects in the drawing were analyzed. It was also analyzed that the defects could not be eliminated only by changing the parameters of the drawbead s reason. Taking into account the setting of stamping process parameters and the optimization of mold surface plays a very important role, through the adjustment of parameters and optimization of mold surface to eliminate defects, and verified by simulation experiments that the basic formation defects are eliminated, Quality problems in sheet forming.
