随着互联网的发展,信息化条件下高校财务管理也较以往有很大改变,尽管经历了由手工会计到电算化会计的变革,由线下转向线上操作的趋势,但却依然跟不上大数据时代发展的要求。如报销流程半自动化、财务处理局限PC端、数据缺乏共享等。针对这些问题,本文提出要基于移动端操作模式建立高校财务网络报销服务管理系统,在移动端模式下,实现高校财务报账信息实时化、电子签批、电子票据与纸质票据兼容、凭证智能化生成的财务报账新模式。
