研究认为,杜鹃中的抗氧化成分有保健作用。本次为了明确杜鹃是否可作为保健食品的天然材料进行了急性毒性试验。 方法:杜鹃新芽粉末用水混悬,对5周龄ddY系雌性小鼠单剂量经口给予(0.2、2、5g/kg),对照组给予蒸馏水。观察给药各组小鼠体重的变化、外观及行为等。1周后处死小鼠,检测各脏器的湿重,并进行血清分析(AST、ALT、TC、TG)。
Studies have shown that the anti-oxidation components in rhododendron have a health-care effect. This time, in order to clarify whether cuckoo can be used as a natural material for health foods, acute toxicity tests were conducted. METHODS: Rhizoma Azalea bud powder was suspended in water and administered orally (0.2, 2, 5 g/kg) to 5-week-old ddY female mice in a single dose. The control group was given distilled water. Observed changes in body weight, appearance and behavior of mice administered to each group. One week later, the mice were sacrificed and the wet weight of each organ was measured and serum analysis (AST, ALT, TC, TG) was performed.
