双环己酮草酰二腙(BCO)比色法测定钢中铜,国内外文献介绍较多,但适用于炉前高速分析的方法却很少。为了满足生产要求,我们将显色剂、缓冲剂、掩蔽剂配成混合显色剂一次加入,采用示差法立即比色,收到了较好效果,满足了炉前分析的需要。适用范围0.05-0.50。一、试剂1.硝酸:1:32.混合显色剂:甲:称取双环已酮草酰二腙(B C O)0.5克,温热,溶于250毫升乙醇中,冷却后稀释至500毫升。乙:称取柠檬酸铵125克,加水溶解,加冰醋酸13.5毫升,
