文化建设与行业发展之间具有内在的耦合关系,行业的兴旺发达必定有先进文化的支撑。近年来,中国保险业积极塑造适应时代要求的先进文化,为行业健康持续发展提供了助力。但当前保险行业文化建设还处在初级阶段,文化建设与行业发展之间的关系呈现出耦合、综合、相悖三种状态并存的局面。为进一步加强保险文化建设,促进行业持续快速健康发展,应将松散的“综合”关系发展为紧密的“耦合”关系,并不断强化两者之间的耦合关系,同时剔除其中的一些“负能量”因素。
There is an inherent coupling between cultural development and industrial development. The prosperity of the industry must have the support of advanced culture. In recent years, the Chinese insurance industry has actively shaped the advanced culture that meets the requirements of the times and has provided a boost to the healthy and sustainable development of the industry. However, at present, the cultural construction of the insurance industry is still at an early stage.
