一、工程概况启明星辰大厦工程建筑面积23990m2。工程地下一层,层高5.1m;地上三层,层高3.95m,檐高12.5m。外檐外露的梁、柱、墙面和室内公共部分走廊、室内框架柱、楼梯间墙面、六个内置庭院墙面均为清水混凝土。该工程结构形式为框剪力墙架结构,平面为圆形,外墙及庭院墙体大部分呈弧形,从空中俯瞰整个结构体型犹如一个巨大的海龟。建筑外檐设计采用了大面积清水墙体与局部玻璃幕墙,
