本研究探索应用三维螺旋电子计算机断层扫描系统(3DCT)对人工牙种植术的11例患者颌骨作检查和评估,认为三维螺旋CT的颌骨影像以其立体重建和高分辨率特色,在观察颌骨全景形态,横断面形态,骨质密度和上颌窦底、鼻腔底、鼻腭管和下颌管等重要结构方面显示了独特的作用。结合对颌骨形态和骨质的综合评估,对人工牙种植术有极大的指导意义,具有比传统颌骨X光片更重要的临床价值。
This study explored the use of three-dimensional spiral computed tomography system (3DCT) of artificial tooth implant in 11 cases of patients with jaw examination and assessment, that the three-dimensional spiral CT of the jaw image with its three-dimensional reconstruction and high resolution characteristics, in the observation The jaw morphology, cross-sectional morphology, bone density and the important structures of the maxillary sinus floor, nasal floor, nasal and palatal canal and mandibular canal showed unique roles. Combined with the comprehensive assessment of the morphology and bone of the jaw, it has great guiding significance for artificial dental implants and has more important clinical value than traditional jaw radiographs.
