1988年12月5日至9日,在广州市召开了全国重合同守信用活动经验交流会。参加会议的除各省、自治区、直辖市工商行政管理局的负责同志外,有75家工商企业的代表参加了会议,有21位代表在会上作了经验介绍。开展重合同守信用活动,实际上是要求企业认真贯彻《经济合同法》,推动企业学法、知法、依法办事。这对治理经济环境整顿经济秩序和全面深化企业改革,加强改进企业经营管理,具有重要意义。重合同守信用是发展社会主义商品经济的要求重合同守信用活动,是于1984年在辽宁省抚顺市和其它少数地方先后开展起来
From December 5th to 9th, 1988, an experience exchange meeting was held in Guangzhou for the national contract and trustworthy activity. In addition to the responsible comrades of the administrations for industry and commerce of the provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, representatives of 75 industrial and commercial enterprises attended the meeting, and 21 representatives gave presentations at the meeting. To carry out contracts and keeping promises, it is actually required that enterprises earnestly implement the “Economic Contract Law,” and promote enterprises to learn the law, know the law, and act according to law. This is of great significance to the governance of the economic environment to rectify the economic order, comprehensively deepen the reform of the enterprise, and strengthen the improvement of business management. Combining contracts and keeping promises is a requirement for the development of a socialist commodity economy. Contracts and keeping promises were established in 1984 in Fushun City, Liaoning Province and other places.
