《新罗山人画册》共十页,每页纵19、横38.5厘米,纸本设色。原藏潘季彤“听帆楼”。后流失在外,又被季彤之孙潘宝鐄购回,藏潘宝鐄“望琼仙馆”。“听帆楼”为潘季彤藏书画楼。潘正炜,字季彤,以字行名,清嘉道间广东番禺人,曾任观察使。一生酷爱书画收藏,著有《听帆楼书画记》五卷及续二卷。孙潘宝鐄,光绪二年(1876年)二甲进士,仍喜书画收藏,藏画楼日“望琼仙馆”。
