目的:通过检测KISS-I及MMP-9在EMs患者增生期与分泌期子宫内膜中的表达及对比研究,探讨其临床意义及两者相关性。方法:通过免疫组化和图像分析法对KISS-I、MMP-9蛋白在EMs患者的ECE组(48例)、匹配的EUE组(30例)以及CE组(27例)中的表达进行定位和半定量分析。结果:①KISS-I、MMP-9在ECE组、EUE组以及CE组子宫内膜组织中表达清楚;②MMP-9表达顺序为:ECE组>EUE组>CE组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组表达强度在不同的月经周期中无统计学差异(P>0.05);KISS-I表达顺序为:CE组>EUE组>ECE组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:KISS-I及MMP-9在EUE、ECE以及CE均有表达,且表达存在差异性,可能共同参与EMs患者发病过程中子宫内膜异位侵袭、种植的过程。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical significance and the relationship between KISS-I and MMP-9 in endometrial hyperplasia and secretory endometrium in patients with EMs. METHODS: The expression of KISS-I and MMP-9 in ECE patients (48 patients), matched EUE patients (30 patients) and CE patients (27 patients) were determined by immunohistochemistry and image analysis And semi-quantitative analysis. Results: (1) The expressions of KISS-I and MMP-9 in endometrial tissues of ECE group, EUE group and CE group were clearly expressed; ② The expression of MMP-9 in ECE group, EUE group and CE group showed significant difference P <0.05). The expression intensity of three groups had no significant difference in different menstrual cycles (P> 0.05). The order of expression of KISS-I was: CE group> EUE group> ECE group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: KISS-I and MMP-9 are expressed in EUE, ECE and CE, and the expression of KISS-I and MMP-9 are different, which may participate in the process of endometriosis invasion and implantation during the pathogenesis of EMs.
