高职院校思想政治教育的重任主要是由思政课教师和辅导员来共同完成的。然而,两者在教育过程中地位是不同的,推进两支队伍的有效结合是改善高职院校学生思想政治教育的有益尝试。
The important task of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is mainly accomplished by teachers and counselors of ideological and political education. However, the two have different status in the education process. Promoting the effective combination of the two teams is a beneficial attempt to improve the ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges.
