学分制是目前我国高校尝试进行学生综合教育教学管理改革的一种模式,具体是指在学生学习期间,以选课为核心,教师指导为辅助,通过将学生成绩和平时课外实践活动量化为学分和绩点,以此来衡量学生学习的质和量。就某种程度而言,这种考核方式较为全面、公正,能够平衡具体的对学生的学习和课外活动做出相对正面的分析阐述,但是不可否认的是,在我国目前的教育体制下,我国高校的学分制模式还存在着较大的问题,尤其对于高职院校来说,这种不足就体现的更为明显。本文在学分制内涵的基础上,阐述了高职院校目前实施学分制的现状和困境,并提出了高职院校进一步完善学分制教学管理模式的构想,希望能够对现有的高职院校的学分制教学管理模式有所帮助。
