土地利用生态冲突作为土地利用冲突的重要分类,不仅有着与其他土地利用冲突类型的共同特质,也反映了土地利用过程中造成的与自然生态环境的不协调。文章通过PSIR模型对2004—2013年贵阳市的土地利用生态冲突的强度进行诊断,并定量分析土地利用生态冲突的主要影响因素,得出以下结论:(1)2004—2013年,贵阳市土地利用生态压力和冲突影响逐渐增大,但增加的生态地面积和环保响应在起着缓解冲突的作用;(2)全市土地利用生态冲突强度不高,在波动中有缓慢增长的趋势,综合指数从2004年的0.111上升至2013年的0.137,这得益于全市在经济发展过程中对土地生态环境的重视;(3)在所选影响因素中,人口密度、国民生产总值、城市化率和城市生活垃圾总量的增加对土地利用生态冲突指数的上升有直接推动作用,而林地面积比重和退耕还林支出的增加会在一定程度上缓解土地利用生态冲突。
As an important classification of land use conflicts, ecological conflicts of land use not only have common characteristics with other types of land use conflicts, but also reflect incongruities with natural ecological environment caused by land use. This paper uses PSIR model to diagnose the intensities of land use ecological conflicts in Guiyang from 2004 to 2013 and quantitatively analyzes the main influencing factors of land use ecological conflicts. The conclusions are as follows: (1) From 2004 to 2013, land use in Guiyang Ecological pressure and impact of conflict gradually increase, but the increased ecological area and environmental protection play a mitigating role in the conflict; (2) The strength of ecological conflict of land use in the city is not high and there is a tendency of slow growth in fluctuation. The comprehensive index 0.111 in 2004 rose to 0.137 in 2013, which benefited from the city’s emphasis on the ecological environment of the land during the economic development. (3) Among the selected factors, population density, gross national product, urbanization rate and The increase of the total amount of MSW has a direct impetus to the rising of ecological conflict index of land use, while the increase of the proportion of woodland area and the expenditure of returning farmland to forest will to some extent alleviate the ecological conflict of land use.
