种子活力是评价种子质量的重要指标之一。种子在贮藏期间,其内部生理状态和生化过程都在发生着一系列变化。其中膜透性的改变与种子发芽率和种子活力有密切关系,这已在玉米、棉花、菜豆、油菜和豌豆等作物上得到证实。Abdul—Baki等(1970)发现,大麦种子浸出液的可溶性糖增加与自然老化种子活力的降低相关。Loomis等(1980)报道了浸水16小时的甘蓝种子随着人工老化时间的延长,外渗液中k+浓度升高,发芽率和田间出苗率下降,二者呈高度负相关。本文研究种子浸出液的电导、k+浓度、可溶性糖浓度和氨基酸浓度之间的相互关系及其与种子活力的关系。
Seed vigor is one of the important indexes to evaluate seed quality. Seeds during storage, its internal physiological conditions and biochemical processes are undergoing a series of changes. Among them, the change of membrane permeability is closely related to the seed germination rate and seed vigor, which has been confirmed in crops such as corn, cotton, bean, rape and pea. Abdul-Baki et al. (1970) found that increased soluble sugars in barley seed leachate correlate with reduced viability of naturally aged seeds. Loomis et al. (1980) reported that the k + concentration in exudate increased with the increase of artificial aging time, and the germination rate and the emergence rate of the seedlings decreased in the cabbage seed immersed for 16 hours. Both of them showed a highly negative correlation. In this paper, the relationship between conductance, k + concentration, soluble sugar concentration and amino acid concentration of seed leachate and its relationship with seed vigor was studied.
