随着我国经济的快速发展,我国房地产市场发展的步伐也不断加快。为了加强对房地产的监督和管理,以税收手段参与房地产业宏观调控,加强税收政策的执行力,也在逐渐地深化。因此,完善房地产税收制度,加强房地产税收征管,有利于更好地推进房地产业一体化纳税工作,有利于充分发挥税收杠杆宏观调控功能,促进房地产业健康有序地发展。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the pace of development of China’s real estate market is also accelerating. In order to strengthen the supervision and management of real estate, to participate in the macro-control of the real estate industry by means of taxation, and to strengthen the enforcement of taxation policies, we are gradually deepening. Therefore, perfecting the tax system of real estate and strengthening the tax collection and administration of real estate will be conducive to promoting the integrated taxation in the real estate industry, which is beneficial to giving full play to the macroeconomic regulation and control functions of taxation levers and promoting the healthy and orderly development of the real estate industry.
